I don't like the look of the shaft coupling with a universal joint on it. Universals are not designed to take end thrust.
After the engine rebuild it could be remounted correctly and eliminate the universal joint.

A thrust bearing at the uni joint prop shaft interface sorts that out. At least that's the way mine is set up and has been for 40years

Always had a thing for Hans Chritian's, I think they are really pretty but that one is ringing alarm bells. That solar panel eye sore on the stern makes her look ugly and would be the first thing to go. I think 50 to 100k would disappear into her fast.
That said, after spending the money, you may have a great world voyager refitted with new sails and rigging and electronics, plumbing etc etc for under 200K which could a good buy. I think you would need to have a good estimate to refit and then double it to get to reality.
