Yep, that looks like a tiller boat. Are there wheel versions originally? I've never sailed one but I like the lines.

. Tiller gives better feel and lets you get forward for protection when the going gets tough etc.etc. but I guess if you've converted the sail bin, head and wet locker forward of the bulk head to a berth and enclosed head and only sail on sunny days..........

OMG they all have wheels these-days with lots of canvas over the cockpit. May as well buy a motor cruiser
