Yes, for the base of the fin. The fin itself is turned 2.3 degrees on the base again.

In quads where the fins are placed together so much toe in in the front fins affects negatively the flow to the back fins.

more toe in to the front fins needs more toe in to the back fins to adjust the flow. but it also depends on the distance between the fins and many other things. All in all it's a HOLISTIC approach rather than a single characteristic matter.
flikka goes 0,4o back fins 1,5o front in many boards but that depends on the customer's preferences ( goes 3 o toe in to the front for proper DTL). Bravo to OLA this guy is way Ahead !!!!!!!! all those shapes with fcs fins . I hope some others with great innovative ideas help themselves get unstuck and think that there is no box but maybe it's too hard or even impossible for some otherwise they would have created quads already
