Enough to go around, the whole country is an island with more surf spots than you can think of.

What i reckon it is, is one man's good surf isn't good to another man. I reckon you deserve praise for putting up a surf report, just like you said! Some blokes are too fussy when it comes to waves quality and it turns out they only surf once in a blue moon! In the end, they end up negative, call everything ** and generally don't stay paddle fit. I even somewhat agree with the great Suba, just gotta get out.

So... no red thumbs from me me mate. If it was knee high and you could even perhaps ride a mal, just have a crack; cheers for the report. Stuff the fuss pots! It's not like I'm a great surfer anyway! Haha!

I started it because Legion would always hijack threads with a surf report which was good but I thought we could keep it in one thread and everyone could have a crack during the day. 60 pages now so some people must like it

I check it at least 2-3 times a day... just good to see what's going on and who's getting some wave action...

I also try and post a few back in kind.

Not only is this thread 60 pages long - but it is over 18 months old too

I haven't been around due to busy work but will say i love this thread more than others. I also haven't partaken in any surf action so was frothing to here others got out

Worst part is i still won't till maybe after xmas..

You're right. Just have not been in the water lately and keen to get wet at the very least! Swimming laps will have to do I guess.

I'm getting some serious heat from the boss (wife) about going for a wave tomorrow after all the shark sightings today but I haven't had a surf for over a week and I'm going crazy!

this morning, better at around 7am, pretty consistent with a few double head high sets coming through, pretty hollow at times!!

Damn, tempting photos guys. At least it's too far out of my way to bother with a trip when there are other easier options. But it's tempting.
