Ahh ****ing easter...good waves and tons of dickheads...been dropped in on and snaked more times in the last 4 days than I have in the last 4 years....got out before I completely lost my rag

Yeah I called it a day after a grand total of 1 wave - just too many porkers but I did lose my rag ..... so that's a fail

Wow its normally the other guys losing their marbles

,did you see Lacey Lane he reckons its been a year since he walked away from SB

Said he has been surfing and getting a 2 waves session so that just goes to show how ****ed the crowds have been and why I totally lost interest.

Perfect weather here but I'm at work. Just checked a local beach at lunchtime and it's looking nice and clean with head high waves. I'll be out there tomorrow and should be able to squeeze a few more surfs in before I go away on my trip. There will be no contributions from me for 5 weeks .

How good was Easter ?
Thought I'd share what went down in my neck of the woods.
Friday sunrise cruising on the trusty 8'4, Saturday on the 14' SUP riding runs for 800m and back to Friday's location for Easter Sunday on my 8'0 McCoy Nugget.
Monday was a rest day; I was knackered but stoked.
Hope all well Breezer's

Yes I was happy and rusty .. although some points were good. Having not surfed for a while, I was able to kick some habits that I had developed, by "starting over again" ..... shoulders know today that I surfed for 2 hrs yesterday

...as for my lower back injury ... NO PAIN ..yippeeeee

Got down there and the tide was too low so i went down the river and picked up a nice flathead on the flyrod. Back now and waiting for a bit more tide to come up over the bank . It's looking good though with the odd head high set.

Just got back and it was ok but a bit windy. Still some head high sets with a bit of a crowd because of Easter holidays.

On hols this week before going to Indo so have been looking out for you hope the injury OK Mick was it a ankle / knee or just hit a pine tree ?

Maybe trying to hard to keep up with the Missus?
Oh, on Thursday early slow between sets but Jezzus it was good at the point 2 of us out got to about 4

Got a few uncrowded small waves . Nothing to write home about but water is nice in. After that got a few fish down the river. Nice relaxing day.

paddled out at GM beach ....some clean drainers running through ...dinged board ..some c...t taxed me new wettie . also took the car key blank ... fark ...must be bad karma day ...!

yeah the wettie is no prob but the thought that some low life can open the door ...car alarm will go off and wont start as its a non electrical blank key ... blue commodore sports wagon ...ps fox short john black with dark green side panels...
