Thanks pup, but no ,nothing serious ... hurt my shoulder a bit, but that is ok, but that lead into me spending more time at my work desk and it (work) just go on top of me. Got an early surf today ...two days in row ...and I am seriously unfit

surfs up forecast said onshore , load of crap it was a perfect offshore with some good clean waves to work on ..... got heaps stoked

Nah I did think about it when some of the crew rocked up though - there's a couple of coaches & lots of groms on it now too , maybe this arvo I'll pop back down champion

Pup there is an order here.

First its the tradies crew super early followed by the 9 to 5 team,9 on and it will settle down.

Mate everyone is on their holidays by the looks of it , no tradies to be seen today - it just got busy quick once word got out there were waves I think

Well, nothing again! Three surfs in a month and I take a board down every morning.
No howling onshore wind, but leftover lumps and bumps from yesterday. Just yuck!

One of those special days. Perfect longboarding waves, consistent waist high waves with the odd freak shoulder high set with just one mate. Old Vinnie was surfing the best I've seen him surf since he had his knee op a few years ago. Cross stepping up for some nice long nose rides. I was stoked for him

Got to love when the outside banks on your local are working.

Long rides ,then the wind came and the downfall of the longboard staged....Board change for the single and it was back on.

The double up shorey was diabolical paddking in

BB was ok until the northerly kicked in ...I got a lesson on non angled take offs...sinus leaking water 4 hours later ...

There's a small nor east swell here but it's howling offshore . Expecting a southerly later. It's been pretty hot here .
