I saw a shark about 3m this morning. A set was coming through...was out with one other bloke who caught the first wave of the set. I saw it as I was paddling out to meet the second wave of the set. It was swimming casually along the bottom towards me & I had a great view of it coz I was on a 666. I had to take my eyes off the shark as it was just about in line & a bit in front of me coz I was swinging around to catch the wave. I was like ok, don't fall, don't fall. Caught the wave in & told the other bloke about it who stopped & was about to head in. But I told him it was only 3m & would be past us by now & that I'd let him no if I saw it again. Waves were too damn good to head in when the 2 of us had it to ourselves. 4 or 5 metres though & I would of been the fark out of there.

Its been crap down here for weeks and theres a big shark hanging around as well. Waiting for school holidays to finish then the waves will be good and the shark will be gone.
