Yes, best thing I have learned from this, is get checked. Too late to put on sunscreen. And apparently all things in moderation is best - sun, surf, work, beer. Hard to adjust to after a lifetime of "nothing exceeds like excess"

It's the in between drinks literally up here that takes some getting used to. Just got back from two days in the Highlands, very primitive and frustrating but awesome at the same time. It's an amazing country.
