1000deg near roof, 100deg near floor, how close to the fire....?
When SOS in Fremantle had a fire in the early 2000's (?) there was a lot of boards that just had a nosejob and they were fine. Obviously upright, nose near roof, but not close enough to fire for the rest of the board to be affected.
Thus I reckon these will vary wildly as that's shown in the prices it seems- you can tell what people checked out and its OK
My fear is looking at that pic of the boards stacked up - how many will get dinged up after sale by the rough handling of the auction place employees? They seem to have no idea so far
