No surf for me this week. Meetings all week from dawn to dusk in three cities of coldness. I am feeling the cold big time. Ouch. Such a whimp unlike that bloke above.

Try a wetsuit. They are made for it

I got smashed. A left hander that was breaking as a right hander and thus getting rid of the channel, caught inside with the longboard and got pummelled across some rocks. It's hard to duck dive a 9'4". Might just be my technique though. Anyway, foam floats better than me so the board went on top of the water while I got bounced and punched. Boards good. Me sore.

This morning tiny glass at a point....100,000,000"s of people

This arvo had the 7"single in the Ivan Milat tour bus and could not believe the glass up here. A few nice rip bowls and as the tide dropped the banks started to link.

Me i went and it was rubbish. Talked some rubbish with the boys and got onto smoking some animals....Got a message saying it got better when the tide changed....bastard

My only day off and its tiny with a horrible southerly blowing so I mowed the lawn and paddled the barge on the river

Underwhelming start to the swell event where I was - hung over & closed out mostly I think the Southerly wasn't helping it at all , there were some bigger sets but they just collapsed with not much face to work

There will be damage to boards & bodies looking at some of the traffic interactment saw some sideshow clowns today

Massive amount of talk about this swell about to hit WA and Indo.I see on instra theres a lot of pros in Bali awaiting this swell which started to hit today.

Margs is big mate go have a look in the shorty room (Nebbian's post) but looks rough at Mainies - the amount of cars heading south on the freeway with boards on their roofs yesterday was incredible
