I'll bet you are, damn hard not too...was stoked to get a call from a mate this morning before work. I asked if he wanted to head over about 9 weeks ago & I'd pretty much forgotten. He's called out of the blue to say he's probably gonna come, fingers crossed he can make it

Any other reg posters interested in Bali between Sept 22 & Oct 6 send me a PM. Hanging with Slim of Baliwaves.com for 5 days & a friend to drive where ever for the rest of the time. Missus won't be with me on this one, so I'm not trying to fit anything else in other than waves & bintangs haha

Pretty much correct uncle, most people probably won't arrive until the morning of Friday 18th. If I go, I'll do the usual and drive most of the way on Thursday arvo, have a bit of a kip around Kempsey way, then try to get there at sparrows fart on Friday morning.

I'll be there on the Thurs or Fri but I have to wangle time off work first so can't commit an exact ETA until next week.....thinking Friday morning arrival at this stage.

....just need to order the swell and favourable conditions now.

That's what's stopping me from committing to the trip, I have not surfed in weeks because of them. If it they get any worse, I'll be looking for a new pastime.
