Just a tip for submissions...had some recent experience with a somewhate related matter...where I had the opportunity to see how the submissions are dealt with on the other side (when processing)....anyway...
Often best to have original type submissions, so reword the main points listed a bit - to ensure the collators have to treat each to its own merits (and not just see them as photocopies of the original).
