The Victorian Government are a pack of stingy money hungry bastards.
Just like the bumper sticker says "Victoria the place to be fined".
Soon we'll need an annual license to pilot a recreational sail powered craft which will cost money and if we dont comply to the growing list of rules we will be fined.
There are so many laws, regulations and taxes controlling what we do it's ridiculous.

thanks to steve bracks, we have the most cameras out of all the states in australia and they keep pushing the standard famliy holden commmdore each year to do 0-60 in super fast times. It can even take on a GTS turboed sports car now. A mate of mine told me he has to really thrash his turboed nissan GTS to take on the new holdens and he said the ford falcon xr6 sedan leaves him behind, a turboed nissan GTS? and they say, its all about maken our roads safer, sure, its all just red tape crap. And they say Australia the free country, sure it is. They are putting a stack of cameras on eastlink now, funny tho, cause no one is useing it, cause they charge us to drive down that road in our lucky free country.
