'Steinlager Pure'.. they took the green grenade, and mellowed out the shrapnel. If you liked Steinlager before, try a pure.

'Tiger' isn't too bad either, and the price is more friendly than the 'Pure'.

I used to brew ginger beer in my student days, and that comes out over 5% if you do it right. Trouble is that it's a bit too easy to drink, and you end up belching for the next 30 minutes. Still, it's a really mellow, and inexpensive brew with none of the 'sneak inside the back of your head and kick you in the brain' sensation of the 'premium' beers. Stella and Heineken just give me a headache.

honestly, you are all a sad lot of opinionists.

beer should be enjoyed in all of it's entities, not put up for discussion like a bunch of food critics sitting on your fat cracks whining about your taste buds.

enjoy the marvellous world of fabulous beer!!!!

thats what i say anyway.

OMFG use the forums properly please.
beer alone should be discussed in the general section here:
www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=3

unless ur talking about combining windsurfing and drinking beer which would make it "on topic".

Please Laurie can you start shifting off topic threads to the acceptable sub forums.
