I could't sail Loft cause their grip is 30mm, too big, I can't hold a boom that fat.. It's not 1994 anymore..

If a boom that is cheaper lasts longer than NP, well then NP
is bad value. On what planet would it be considered better value?
And 30mm is stronger but does suck. Everyone went thinner due to reduced arm fatigue with a thinner grip - any boom that did not is
possibly using inferior materials and still making them larger to compensate.
(But not Hydrodynamix who deliberately make a fat stronger boom)
