I'm keeping my Levi 150 -- it's easy to foil with and offers lots of range (I don't have to do a balancing act if the wind drops to nothing). I'm going to pick up the Wizard 114 and 90 (I would already have them but will wait to June for my dealer to get them). I hope to use the 90 for wing foiling as well -- I'm wing foiling with a Moon Buddy right now but I'm thinking of selling it.

I'm completely obsessed with foiling -- only windsurfed once in the last two years.

Is everyone still loving their Levitator? I still love mine! Been wondering about going down to the 150 Levitator. I know it's a small jump down, but I wonder if having 6" less board will be worth it. I really like the floatation of the 160 and wonder if I'd notice much difference in going down to the 150? I'm not doing real aggressive wave riding or anything like that, just enjoying the feeling of flying. I've been out in as big as 6 foot waves on Lake Michigan and had a lot of fun just cruising around and making some turns on the non-breaking waves.
Do you think I'd notice a difference in boards?

I am loving my 150 Levi and was actually thinking of going UP to the 160 and getting some bigger sails because I have a W130 on order. I was hoping to get a slightly wider stance to carry 8.xx sails, but I asked SS support and they said the foot positions between the 160 & 150 are the same.

So the only difference is longer nose and a bit more width. The extra width should help with bigger sails off-foil slogging and maybe pumping, but with the same foot positions not necessarily more leverage when flying.

That said, the 150 for me at 90 KG (200 lbs) is an easy uphaul in both fresh and salt water with a 7.0 Hydra. It feels much smaller than it is and with an i76 very maneuverable for its size.

So I've decided to stay with my 150 for now, maybe there is a revision of this lineup coming soon as they have been the same for a couple years now??

I've been lurking around since I bought a Levitator 150 with a i99 foil last fall.

Really happy with my choice but haven't gotten it trimmed out compleatly.

Yesterdays setup was:
- sail all the way back in the track
- foil in B, almost max forward in the track
- rear wing 42
- rear fotstrap one hole in from the stern
- frontstrap one hole in from the bow
- wavesail 5.9 or 7.1
- bodyweight 116kg (255)

This gets me up foiling quick and easy (fantastic compared to my SB 800 foil) and gives a stable flight, almost in balance.
It is still to much back foot pressure and the sail needs to be held forward and unhooks from the harness as if my arms are to short.

My next step is to put the foil i C-position on the switch fuse which I have yet to do since it looks to me as it would put to much leverage on the bolts due to my excessive weight.

Any quick tips?

Definitely go to C position and it would be worthwhile trying out the 48 Stab also which should drive some pressure forward in itself. At that point I bet you could slide the sail-mast forward a little without losing early takeoff.

Was out slogging hoping for a gust yesterday evening, but it seams I need something resembling a whitecap somewhere around me before lift off.
However, moving the sail mast base 5-6cm (2") forward and the foil mast maxed out forward gave me a less cumbersome stance. Next I will use position C and hope that the bolts will be strong enough.

My new Levitator 150 showed up today! Perfect timing too! Windy is calling for decent breezes or wind through July 5th! Anxious to see how Italy differ from the Levi 160. STOKED!

Had a few good sessions on the Levi 150 lighter winds, but very enjoyable it certainly looks smaller when I stand on it. Uphauling a 7.0 sail I didn't notice any difference in stability. The nose sunk slightly, but if I step behind the UJ that takes care of that. It seems to get flying just as easily as the 160. Once flying I definitely notice that it's smaller. I love it so far! Stoked for more time on it!
