I thought that too. But look at the replies, they are either pulling my leg or i underestimated them.. I can see the appeal in the cold.

I did go to fancy dress party once wearing a Mexican Poncho and i was surprised at how comfy it was and warm but it just stayed that a thought

A product some may think are dumb but i loved was the rubber Nose protectors. The little ones you stuck on to take out the serous point. They seem to have died away to nothing these days

Here is another one. The retractable legrope.

Not a bad idea in theory. Bought this of ebay as a novelty item some 15 years ago. Never tried it, too bulky and does not retract well. Expect it would get clogged with sand after one session too.





PS Colin Earle used to sell those rubber nose guards. He may still have them?
