Scored you did!
Uncrowded to boot.
Ride the GMac?
Sure did mate and it's exactly the type of wave/conditions I had in mind when I ordered it.
First shot you can see the smaller ones lined up nicely on the reef, no problem on a shorty. In the last shot the bigger sets would break further up the reef and really stretch out. Guys we're struggling to get in against the offshore then would get outrun by the wave. I sat further up the reef, would stroke in early and haul arse trough the first section, by then the Gmac had speed to burn, highline, cut down into drawn out bottom turn then snap off the top at full throttle. The end section slowed up and allowed a few turns. Board just performed beautifully, super fast, smooth and really nimble when you get your foot back on the tail.
Crowd was ok but I did not care for the 10 or 12 extra heads bobbing around at one point when I usually surf that place solo
