South east wind blown slop but there is a bit of swell. Might wait and go late arvo if the wind backs off other wise I'll have to wait until Monday.

Yeah apologies LL...should have known better ...after surfing Coffs & Crescent for the last week my mind has yet to adjust to the GC chaotic dysfunctional surf scene .

Vanders called around midday keen for a wave so we headed to SR/LL beautiful in the water too many out for what was coming in but nice to get wet again,I rode my new 10 FB and Vanders on his green beast, lovely looking board.

We had the waxhead out with us this afternoon, hanging 10 and a young grom drops in on him, Matt bails so the board doesn't kill the kid only for the board to get washed into the rocks.

Lol Matt was in control and that little BI was lucky Matt knew how to bunny hop. The board floated into the rocks. So what's your point? Yeah luck for the kid he dropped in on a good surfer who could have run the little **** over cheers

That's good, well kinda. Guess that's the risk with no leggies but The flame one looks great.

Yeah it nice but he has another one new design coming in, while we were at the factory we took it of the rack and he told me how he was going to surf it. Now he mind surfed it before he got Bob to shape it. So in the showroom Mat paddled did the bottom turn, headed for the lip on a slow curve the walked to the nose. The way he explained it made so much sense, if only I had the talent.

Been at work all weekend and it's backed off down here after a week of fairly solid waves. There still a bit of south east swell here. Waiting for Monday my first day off and I can go out every day next week if its any good. Might get the belly board out again as well
