Just back from two weeks up in the bush . Took the paddle barge to keep the fitness up. On the way home I heard on the radio that there are deceptively powerful surf conditions so I'm assuming it's pumping . Still got three weeks before I go back to work so I'll get something
Some fun waves yesterday with some long lulls and a strong offshore. Water a lot colder these days though. They tell me it will get a lot colder. Ahhh. Finally saw some other surfers in the water as well. Nice fellas. Here is the view from in front, from the side and one of the local fellas inside. Big thanks to Andyroo who has lent me a board with a bit more volume - need it with the big thick wettie and TassieDevil for lining me up some nice advice. Cheers fellas - slowly getting this place worked out.

My locals where bombarded with people trying to avoid the northerlies. The spit had 60 peeps on one bank with more following in off the rocks like lemmings. To has been worse. Even farking doing step off's into.a shore break
Nah thats out of my league I think I'll be fishing a little later today,had a look and it was not worth getting wet sadly,still managed to have a coffee with ex member.
