Hey Towball I read in the paper the other day that the Kiwis have come up with two new ideas on uses for sheep.......meat and wool.
I worked at the Homebush meatworks in Sydney when i was in my late teens. I couldnt eat lamb for years after that. It was because of the smell. I used to pull brains out of heads after they were split, pull kidneys and spleens but the best job was stamping the processed carcasses.
The meatworks is gone from Homebush now after it was pulled down to make way for the olympic stadium.
