I was lucky they were'nt to bad like yours & had to get them cut out,got them in time,hopefully.Years of staying out for hours in the 70s & 80s with not much on except Zinc & I hated that stuff,did'nt wear it much,maybe I should have now,haha.hope you heal up quick....
