Yep he was a quality bat. Probably our best to be fair from a technique and natural ability perspective. Glen Turner was probably our most prolific player but spent most of his career in England earning pay checks (hard to fault him for that). He scored over 100 first class centuries which is an almighty feat. A shame he hardly played for us in his prime.
Rich Hadley is the best player we have produced though in my humble opinion

I could have been something but I never played cricket (tennis instead), had bad eye sight, hated the fact that I would had to field for over half the time, liked to spend my Saturdays doing other things, hated the idea of scrubbing my whites after play....well the list goes on..........so yeah I was a legend in the backyard but never filled my potential in the 11 a side game - still hurts
