i just knew that was going to come up as i took the photo.

the lady next door cleans my place occasionally, found it and put it there for some reason.

i think it comes from the mctavish christmas party where i sat on bobs knee for a santa photo.

you should know mac- you were before me

no, no, the nano is a super quick board, but it can be a hand full. the ride of your life or a bit catchy. the two beau young boards are proving to be real good and i just figured i can get what i want from the wombat and the platypus.

very flowy groovy boards, i like what by is doing and the feel of them. a longboard world champ now shaper going short- thats something different.

however they wouldn't have the turbo speed of the nano. the board is still in the shop and i have thought about getting it back for really gutless beachies

cheers

I reckon it would be a shame to sell it.
I ride my nano when it's not too crowded and the waves are half decent and I'm feeling like the old guy can still throw some spray.
It's forgiving for a shortboard but stil pays to be on your game with it.
Then if I want a cruisier time of it and a little more paddle power I'll ride the 6'6" (all white quad roundtail I posted a pic of a few weeks back) which gives a similar ride to the wombat I reckon.
The platypus looks like a different animal again (pun intended).
Keep posting up your impressions and fin experiments thanks.
This week should give us plenty to talk about...
