Yeah I am going to be a big fan of Thurs night footy....never understood why they chose Monday over a Thursday initially. Seems weird. Most people I know would like nothing better than a good excuse to have a few beers on a thursday. Will be a ripper for the pubs and bottlo's! I think if they can get some good venues happening crowds at the games will be massive compared to Monday nights - some of those Monday night games looked like they had about 12 people in the crowd.

Pup, I used to like Mick Potter when I was a kid, he was one of my favourite players when I was about 6.
Let's hope he can coach, its not like we need more talent just somone who can get them to play to there potential. Look at Des, the dogs are no better side on paper than the tigers or a lot of others but a good coach can be the x factor sometimes.

I don't think we will behaving a great year in 2013 and be interesting to see if Tim Sheens hangs around. Imo our biggest problem is and has been our forwards are mobile but there is no size in them and we get trampled by good forward packs up the middle.

From what I have been reading he comes with some pretty impressive results in the European super league . Sad to see Kevvie Walters miss out again wasn't he second choice for the Broncos job a few years ago . One of the nicer guys in League .

Different game but hasn't the ex- Goldcoaster Kurt Tippett transfer caused a **** load of trouble in the AFL . bet the Crows are sorry they ever signed him .

Bit of a mystery where or if Tippett will play in 2013 now - big shizz going down and there will be heads rolling everywhere
