On a different tune. This thing has been keeping me sane since Ivy has been born. 30" long x 10" wide with big indys and wheels. The thing carves and can ollie it around making it super fun for a quick solo night skate with the ipod to unwind. So hooked on skating again.

Its a 9 inch mct fin mate, they have a few versions, the redline, the gg.

They always supply the fin that matches the board model,I'm be guessing you would get a GG which I have in my Noserider.
Give them a call mate and ask,who did you order your board with?

Spoke with Dave first, then he was off on leave and a couple of younger blokes looked after me after that. They were all good value. One of them an Ex WA lad. Guess I'll get what I'm given so it won't matter that mutch. I'll probably mix it up with fins a bit anyway. Pretty sure involvements get a 10"...hoping anyway

Mac remember when we were down there talking with Wiz a few weeks ago he showed us the standard 11" Involvement fin next to the 10" Redline fin?
and I'm pretty sure Dave told me the Involvement fins were 11" as standard.

I started with a D fin in my Tyler stepdeck- good hold on the nose but too stiff for turning. Then put an 11" McTavish redline in- more a generic dolphin fin shape- much better. Then put a 9" Southcoast dolphin fin in- fantastic. Involvement era boards are about staying around the power section of the wave- the curl- so you need to be able to whip them around to stay with the wave's power. I'm a firm believer in using the smallest fin possible that allows you the force you need to be able to turn easily. Added bonus is reduced friction which adds speed.

Cheers Dave

Im Running a Island Style Hatchet in my 10'0" Nose rider and run a couple of different Flex fins in my 7'10" depending on what im chasing on the day, Basically mix it up between a Black Apache 9' Flex Template from Shapers and Alkali 9" Narrow tip Flex.

I Borrowed a mates D Fin and that was awesome in the 10" but certainly prefered the hatchet for a bit of mix between pivot and drawn out turns whilst still keeping the tail down when up the front.

Looking forward to trying the McTavish Fin that comes with the Stick. Then see what hapens? I found so much fine tuning with fins. LOVE IT!!

Yes mate it is amazing how a fin can change a board completely. Is your Involvement the all yellow one that was on sale a few weeks back? Was sorely tempted myself!

YES, It was Dave, Turned out well as all my boards are yellow so it was meant to be . I was originally thinking 9'6" but this at 9'5" all there.

My son has done the honors of unpacking and hounding mum for these photos. They're not very good but here we go.

I'm a lucky man , Mrs, son and daughter all surf so the boards are part of the furniture and are scattered throughout the house. I dig it.
