That's funny Pup!... True!...

Dunstall and Carey pretty much agree that the problem these days is that Athletes play the game, and aren't that good at decision making. Skills are good enough, execution is OK, and running is excellent, but they make poor decisions... Once you make a bad decision, you are never really going to make an effective disposal... So those effective disposal stats (or rather ineffective disposals), and blurred in with bad decisions....

I went to The Cats home game yesterday... We did OK... We should have won by 20-30 points... A few things went against us, plus 4 goal post hits... Could have easily been 2 extra goals right there!


HAWKS are smashing it at the moment... Hard to see anyone beating them in September...

And the Brisbane Bears had theirs opened up a fraction by the Melbourne boys! (this arvo)...

Not professionally, no, but I played amateur country footy many years ago. Last game was at 27 in an under 21s uni team in Perth when my mates team was short. Ran out a half, walked through a quarter and tore the game apart (one kick, two handballs, a mark and a lot of chasing as the bloke I was on realised he had me on the lead, the leap, the turn and the sprint for goal). For some reason I never got invited back.

Hawks really only have 1 game left for the season... They are going to whack the Eagles in the West...
I just can't see anyone beating The Hawks, especially in Melbourne... The Premiership is theirs to lose... Dockers and Eagles are having great seasons, but gee wizz... How 'bout those Hawks at the minute... Very strong...
