I have been off the booze for 2 months now whilst recovering from a back injury that turned into sciatica
I was never a problem Drinker more just average but now I'm not Drinking at all I can really see how much it was taking away from me, I now do nightly yoga sessions instead of beer sessions and I have lost weight, have way more energy, feel more flexible and fitter than I have in a long time my diet is much better as when I'm tipsy or hungover I tend to make bad food choices and my back has healed

So short answer beer!!! probably the biggest thing holding me back from releasing my inner shredder
Still get bugger all paddle time due to work but hey what can ya do!
