Can I suggest you make sure to get the tough original grey carbon rails, not the rails my last two boards came with - they fracture easily.

Hey cantSUPenough,
Do you know what the difference is on the rails, old to new?

This reply to the "Rails" questions from Dylan
"Basically there is nothing that has changed in the layup or construction of our boards, the rails are still exactly the same as they were before however what has changed on certain boards is the colour or finish of the rails.. Brushed Silver/Grey masks all paddle whacks and knocks unbelievably well, this is why we haven't changed the look of our XXX boards for so long because of how well they stand up. However if you have no paint over carbon, sprayed rails (not brushed), or lighter colours they won't hide the paddle knocks as well and you will get some surface scarring or spiderwebbing on the fibreglass.. With the coloured boards like yours we can cover the black section, however with natural wood boards it is pretty much impossible as the carbon part has to sit between the wood."
