Yes, these kind of spots are all "private" since pretty much no-one SUP surfs here. So when there's waves there's also plenty of this kind of spots (=good for me)...bigger/better waves on the other hand = much much harder to find. So, one way to get at least some is to chase these mini-waves.

And, yes getting out on the water always beats the sofa for sure. BUT...as with any addiction you get greedy, so I am craving for bigger conditions at the moment :)

Damn...had a much better session on monday. Not any photographing device along (surprise, just went "for a little checkout"). Maybe just shy of 1' (20cm) bigger than on that video abobve (different spot), but made all the difference, a steeper drop/bit longer waves.

Anyway, stoked on that Allwave...despite still quite "bulky" rails, the hard (80/20-type) rail at the back seem to work pretty well. I bet the 8'9" is going to be pretty good!
