I've got a hankering for one of the small pilot house cruisers with the galley in the pilot house. Sitting inside on watch looking at bad weather sounds delightful - and equally good if you're just home from work. Many have an outside tiller for some "real" sailing! Add a diesel heater mmmmmmm.
