That is a good wind I believe you should be able to sail upwind into that at 45 degrees Your beach is narrow so your tacks if necessary will be short

I assume the wind is coming off the sea so the direction should be steady so you should be able to truck up the beach in those conditions ok IMHO
Coming back you will fly in those conditions Use your small sail for starters Cold air has more weight than warm

Edit; Looking back I see your smallest sail is 6sqM That is rather large for those conditions
