I feel sorry for you guys with all your stinky weed on the beaches.

Next time I'm hoeing into a plate of fresh crays that are as plentiful as the seaweed they depend upon I sure won't be wishing I was in queensland.

Awesome event this year. I was last at kitestock in 2013 and found this year suppassed my expectations. Great work WAKSA, epic event and will definitly return next year. Also some great commentary by Simon and the contestents during the freestyle and big air event. NICELY DONE

sir ROWDY said.. Why is there so much weed on the beach? Surely someone could clean it up.

Please read the article posted by mazdon on beach wrack. It explains pretty well whY we leave weed on the beach in the Midwest and don't clear it. Thanks.

Will someone please think of the children.

Just make sure you cook them up at home as the smell of rotting seaweed will likely turn you off your meal!

No dramas Dave. You enjoy your consistent winds, cray fish and stinky weed while we sit through a possible cyclone and no real windy season to speak of!

Mmmmmmm baaaaait.

I can smell it from here, looks like sandbar in Gero where we used to get worms and my old boy would take it home for mulch. I guess you'd get in trouble for that nowadays
