If the kite is not a good relauncher, then fitting the LWR system seems a good idea.

What's not beginner about it?

I'm going to hazard a guess that relaunch may be difficult for a start? just a wild stab though.....and beginners do tend to have to relaunch a little more than more advanced kiters.

A beginner can technically learn on any kite, but a good beginner kite should not present difficulties that just impede progression. Challenging relaunch and high bar pressure are not characteristics that could be considered to aid the early steep learning curve.

Seem to remember someone saying bow kites were easier to launch and high bar pressure was good for beginners

I see a lot of people who simply think pulling a rear line is all you need to do and if it doesn't pop straight into the air, the kite's a dog. Good technique is more important IMO but each to their own...

There are plenty of good tips in here to get you cracking and the Draft will be a good kite once you start jumping and stuff...

this is another reason, as a beginner, i will stick to my five line kites. that 5th line is a life saver for relaunch.

You do understand that once 5 lines kite inverts that's the end of flying it?

Which is quite the opposite of 4 lines kite.
