I just comment on posts that contain stupidity, don't make any sense, or just annoy me. It might feel like I'm stalking you but you must just have a high percentage of stupid, silly or annoying posts..

In this thread I only pointed out your silly reasoning that an event in history was good because we are here as a result. I didn't even comment on your whaling stance..

But on the scale of people on here with the ability to annoy me doggie takes the cake. You hardly rate a mention. There are no outright contenters for Stupidity and sillyness..

I also protest the Faroe Islands, Japan for killing Dolphins, Solomon Islands, Namibia for the Seal Cull, Canada for there seal cull, hell i even chase and protest out government for allowing Dugong, Dolphins and Turtles here in Aus. I even protest the Sea world groups and shark poachers when i can

But this post was about Japan using gifted funds for the rebuilding of there country to go hunt whales in our back yard.

Look the grammar lesson and all of this is just about Holding Barn to his own standards, I know it got off track but for the last week every post I have made has been stalked by barn, I admit I threw out some bait too, but I have to ask the question and I think its pertinent to the discussion, Are these realistically unsustainable numbers they are taking? Somehow I feel the campaign by some may not really be justified. Perhaps Barn can provide some Wiki evidence on the unsustainability.
The main argument I see all day is that its cruel to kill whales. The dolphin slaughter in the cove in Japan is cruel to watch but Dolphins do the same thing to their prey. People are so far removed from the reality of slaughter because we realistically cant ALL go and hunt for our food anymore.

I really dont stand here or there with the topic, I mean if people like whale meat let them eat it. Its like listening to a Muslim or Jew telling us not to eat pork, Or a vegan or vegetarian telling us we shouldn't eat meat.

I would really like to see your points other than cuteness or you married one, but in the scheme of things who are we to dictate to anyone whatever? I cant help but feel its a case of Ivory Tower Syndrome.

Also I made my point earlier in this thread regarding charities, most are not be trusted, although as pointed out by another poster some are quite legit and trustworthy and worthwhile.

Whales there are all different numbers but Japan says they are killing them every year to see how many their are Also the biggest issue is numbers are well down but the problem (found by true researches) is that the Gene pool is now getting way to low, dangerous levels in fact and interbreeding is now a real concern.

One big argument is not even about whaling. Antarctica is in the process of being argued over and possibly cut up to allow for mining rights. Japan believes that by staying in the Southern Ocean that when that day comes they will have a claim by saying we've been here every year for so many years so it should be ours

To answer the question of he is a media whore. This footage was taken over 20 years ago. He talks in there about getting video evidence as a priority as he believes that is what will bring about change.

Also his skills with a boat. He puts the boat right were he wants it at all times. He said i'm going after a piece of equipment that is about 1 mrt long on that ship and the footage shows he hit it right on. No injures to anyone and no other damage other than exactly what he wanted.

Remember this was 20 years ago.
