4,5 and 6 will never fill as inlets are blocked.
7 has a hole in the bottom.
2 will never fill.

Im saying bucket 1 will fill and over flow first....... because I set this up earlier today, I was using a fire hose flat out so the flow of water was greater that the speed of water running out either side.
