I'm going to have to bow out of this argument. I don't have enough understanding of modern phones. It's not my area, so I'll take your word for it. As for cell/DNA mutation, there are too many cases of strange brain tumours for the possibility to be dismissed IMO. For a standards body like ARPANSA to make a call that RF will damage DNA and cause cancer would be a big one, because in our WHS framework, it would most likely halt all use of communication equipment until safety measures were implemented. A decision like this would also log-jam the court system with plaintiff's suing manufacturers and employers. I can imagine there is a lot of political measure on this organisation to take a conservative viewpoint.
