Another cool thing about Macs and I always wondered why Windows apps didn't have it... when you click on Help there's a search box, which you can use to search through the menu items.
Suppose you can never remember where the Merge to HDR menu option is in Photoshop.

Eg: Photoshop > Help (Search) [Ctrl+Shift+?] > HDR... Bam pops up.

BTW: Looks like your stabilizer isn't calibrated properly, it sways too much.
