Where is that?

Reminds me of lake Dartmouth in N Victoria. Someone left scaffoding in the water intake tower which eventually rusted off its mountings and travelled into the turbines.

The people in the village 6 ks downstream felt the impact. How cool, I love it when **** like that happens.
