High tech, altra responsive, lightweight, constant flex shovel. Hope it lasts longer than it did as a mast. Anyone else got any good uses for busted masts?

Does it allow the shovel blade to twist off easier??
Less jarring to, I suppose.
Our very first SUP paddles consisted of cheap polycarb blades and discarded mast tips. Pretty hi-tech...carbon shaft and all!
