I've moved after 10 years, and I'm struggling to find a suitable wind tree.
At the old place, I had my wind tree dialled in so, in blink of an eye, I could know if it was worth blowing off work!
So, this is my new one but I haven't quite mastered it yet... It's ok on a southerly, but its sheltered on anything with north or east in it.

Nah. Ive got wind trees like that and they aren't accurate. They get you all excited until you look at a gum tree. There as bad as sheoaks.

I love this one on the way to Swan Bay. The vane is at right angle to the fins, if it is still turning it's windy
