Fergus helped me put together my first video last night and its come up ok. Only prob is the file is 400 MB and I have to figure out how to compress it.
400mb is pretty standard and not over the top for a <10minute video. Upload it to YouTube, which will compress it for streamable viewing. Uploading is as painful as editing.
