Hi Everyone. I’ve got an exhibition coming up of my paintings that use some of the tracks from the Tasmanian windsurfers on this site. Some of you may know me in a previous life as Robyn Jones, State champion for 10 years (because no one else bothered to turn up……). Anyway, these days I sail vicariously through your GPS tracks, such as Dave on the Derwent, Perks at Port Sorell and this has inspired a series of paintings that will feature in an exhibition at Sawtooth Gallery in Launceston.

Hi Robin
Sounds very intriguing! I'll check it out if I'm in Launceston.

Cheers Stew

This is the track that Steve drew at Sandy Bay on a cold winter's day last year. Just a bit of a wander about.
