Karen, not exactly, only half way but we have moved in...this photo shows my view past our new kitchen to a pile of timber sitting on a concrete slab....to be our bedroom!

Looks like a nice sunny room and deck and the bad news is we have been using 4,7 or 5,3 sails every second day for last ten weeks at least
( the best season since the early 80,s ?)
