Volume/width for learning footsraps,jibe on chopy/gusty condition

If you have begginer who is learning planning in footstraps and first jibe ,place where he sail is allways chopy and gusty 20-30knots.
begginer- 92kg
skill- waterstart,tack,use harness and out of control planning out of straps..

What type of board and volume/width you will suggest for easier learnning?

(Usually they said 30 liters above weight,but isnt freeride 130L too big/wide for this condition?How learn wsurf basics in less painful way in this conditon? )

This is tricky question ,becasue small board is too hard to sail for begginer and big board has stability but it is hard to control on chop..hmm?

I'd suggest getting a 110l FSW Board
