I purchased a couple of Delta Speed Weeds(23 & 27) recently for a last minute trip to Lake George. After 4 sessions on the fins I have had a chance to write a review here:

whitelionwindsurfing.blogspot.com/2012/02/vector-fins-delta-speed-weed.html

I would thouroughly recommend the Vector Fins Delta Speed Weed to anyone wanting to speed sail in light to moderately weedy areas with slalom and speed boards 90L and below. I think the wide base design would also suit slightly longer fins than the current longest fin of 27cm so I will be keeping an eye on the vector fins site.

Not the weedy but I have just received a 27 Delta Speed to use with my CA SL58 slalom, besides speed I'm after less fin length over the Green Island reef at low tide. Nice to see the DSW worked well with your Falcon 89, fingers crossed for me. Good write up Tim, I can't wait to get mine wet. Jesper was great to deal with.

There is some info on all the Vector fins on this Australian page: www.vectorfins.com.au I have it 90% finished but good for some general info.

Do also have a look at the vector facebook page that has info and updates: Vector Australia Facebook: m.facebook.com/pages/Vector-Fins-Pacific-Scandinavia/157425237617939?id=157425237617939

Cheers

I have a Delta 27 non weed and must say it is superb....have used it on my X-F 90 & 102 with 6.2 & 7.0 R1's and 7.0 R3 (before the mast broke!)....very stable, schlippery, no cavitation and points upwind pretty well too.
A definite winner.

Good to hear, still haven't got mine wet yet, no wind here for so long, soon I hope.
