Been doing heap of training rowing, cycling nearly 700ks now over the last 2 weeks, my clothes are very loose on me now but i've actually gained weight jumped 2 kilos to 106kg which is strange. Only just getting into the boxing had a couple of wins in my first two fights and was KO second round in the 3rd fight...getting there
Choco, Do you wear head protection? Gutsy effort to step into a ring again after getting KO'd and what has your doctor (and more importantly Jen) had to say about these shenanigans
