2 1/2 cups of dry food once a day, they are only a smallish dog, about 27kg for a male. This amount of food keeps him in tip top shape! He ussually gets a few treats each day.
A Malamute is a lot bigger, up to 50kg.

what kind of conditions does it handle better in? offshore? onshore? cross-shore? bump& jump? mast-high waves?
is there any changes from the 2003 to 2004 models?
also, i weigh 75kg, should i go for the bigger 50kg model? or would the 27kg model suffice?
please write back.

geez tough call on size. You could get 1 x 54kg dog, or a nice pair of 27kg huskies.
I am a petite 90kg and the 27kg model does me fine, unless you want to specialise in speed dogging.
he seems to like the onshore, with footpath running parallel to the beach, thus the cooling effect with no head wind.
Cornering 180's are a bit hard, he doesnt carve real well, more of a complete stall, turn around and get on the plane again.
Also worth considering, I have a new school hard wheel street style skateboard, I think the old school, Dogtown style, polyurethane wheels would get more speed! Ill do a test and let you know.
03 model would now be getting a tad tired, look for an 04 onwards.

junior, you could always use a husky to tow your trailer! all you need is a bit for you to stand on the rear, Iditarod style!
