I'm after a new fin(s) for my 2010 starboard Kode, I have lost my original Drake fin.
I mainly use it for bay sailing, bump & jump on sails from 6m to 4.5m.

Any recommendations please? Any brands to stay away from?

What size is your board?

From the size sails you use id assume you've got around a 95 litre board I would reccomend something like a 30cm FSW fin.

Yeah stoopid me, forgot to add the board size. It is 94L, around 62cm wide.

The Kodes on the bay really work well with the drake natural wave. You could get a mfc wave fin 26cm down to a 23cm

I would go for a KAKU (wave) 24 and ONO (FSW) 28 cm or 30. One FSW fin (ono) for lighter winds for more speed and lift and when it gets wavy in 4.5 your are better off with a wave fin for control and better jibing and surfing.

Kaku 24 works great if you don't push too much on your fin, I would throw also the Makani Naia if you have weed. I use a 18cm for freestyling and it gives a lot of lift, so don't go too big with the Naia, 22 Max i guess.
