So has anyone out there tried the latest Starboard Evo or Naish Wave?? any comments?? My knees aren't as good as they used to be and I'm looking for a wave board that's easy on the joints...the Evo sounds nice to me...

Hi Kazza,

I have similar problems with my knee's. I've found some boards too harsh. I tried the Naish Wave 80 litre a month or so back in 25-30 knot winds, 4.7m slightly over powered, quite choppy and found it very comfortable. No issue's joint wise. Other than that, the board felt great.

Kazza, not one of the ones you asked about, but my Exocet Evo Wave is super comfortable as it has really thick/soft heal pads. Might be worth having a look at.

Cheers

I went from JPs to Evos and absolutely love my Evos (70l & 80l). The JPs were light and faster, but really unforgiving and a bit skittish.
